ADRIANA BARRERO

Adriana Barrero has over 28 years of experience in Real Estate. She has built her real estate investment portfolio by buying properties in different states across the US for passive and active income. She also has experience in Property Management for multifamily properties.

As a Real Estate Investor, Adriana has been developing and redeveloping residential homes in Downtown Austin and its surrounding areas for ten years, working very closely with the City of Austin to satisfy all building requirements.

She has gained tax exemptions for specific square footage in property development for value-add for her end customers.

Adriana has been involved in many different areas of real estate. She has managed all facets of building and selling condominiums from the “ground up”, including managing civil and structural engineers, architects, and general contractors.

She has been involved in condominium association creation, management, sales, and marketing.

She has managed large multi-family units in the areas of property management, rent collections, tenant control, occupancy, and tenant retention.

She has worked as a Commercial Agent in land development and property valuation, working closely with a group of Commercial Real Estate Investors and Agents on all aspects of commercial real estate and has implemented ways to affect property valuation during changing markets.

For the last couple of years, she made the transition into investing in Commercial/Multifamily investments with her partner, Paula Sabrsula. Together, they have been working on underwriting and acquiring Multifamily properties in different markets.

Adriana Barrero has a degree in B.S. Marketing and Sales from San Benedict College, Philippines. 1998-2004.

PAULA SABRSULA

Paula Sabrsula began her career by attending pharmacy school at the University of Houston and worked directly with patient care in several different practice settings for over twenty-five years. In 2008, she returned to school to get her MBA in Global Entrepreneurship from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

In 2012, she began to work in real estate. With over 11 years’ experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate, she built her real estate portfolio by buying properties in different US states for passive income.

She has experience in “ground up” builds for condo regimes, residential property management, and value add for second generation properties. She also has experience in Passive Investments for Retail, Multi-Family, and several funds that manage different types of properties across the United States.

Her education includes Certification in Syndication by the Michael Blank Education Program for Multifamily Investment Properties, training by FortuneBuilders, Inc. for adding value to Single Family Residential and Commercial Real Estate, and training by Rich Dad Education Legacy Program that included Syndication Modeling and Asset Protection Strategies.

Today, she enjoys working with her business partner, Adriana Barrero, in service to others in real estate development. She also enjoys volunteering for Baylor University’s Annual New Venture Competition for student entrepreneur startups and helping other entrepreneurs get started in real estate investing.
